PURPOSE : A real estate total service system and a method are provided to rapidly present real estate related services with low costs by integrating existing various services related to real estate, thereby enhancing the trust in real estate transaction.CONSTITUTION : The system provides total real estate related information and services such as real estate deal, rent, management, move, repair, construction, remodeling, finance, etc. In addition, the system comprises a DB related to customers, a DB related to real estate, and a DB related to regional branch service offices. A customer accesses to the real estate total service system through the Internet to input related information. Then, the input information are classified for various services to be stored in a hard disk of an auto processing system and then be transmitted to computers of the regional branch service offices.?
