PURPOSE : A method for trading, developing, and transacting real estate using a computer network is provided to supply exact data based on a developing plan to a person who wishes to trade and develop real estate through a computer network.CONSTITUTION : If a real estate selling applicant, a real estate developing applicant, or a real estate mediator performs a selling request(1) to an information service provider, an information service provider registers an article for a sale and programs and stores a developing plan to the selling real estate. If a real estate buying applicant, a real estate developing company, or a construction company searches(2) information, the information service provider supplies(3) information. If the real estate buying applicant, the real estate developing company, or the construction company displays a buying intention based on contents of the information, a selling notification is informed(4) to a seller etc. and a trading and developing of real estate is performed(5) through the information service provider.?
