PURPOSE : An electronic commercial transacting method for real estate is provided to search a wanted selling article by making a database for real estate selling/buying information according to local areas and business categories and supplying a selling article list being linked with local areas and business categories and supplying detail contents of the corresponding selling article information.CONSTITUTION : If an operator registers a manufactured program to a web server(100), an advertisement registering unit(140) displays a form for inputting an advertisement name, a selling article kind, and an advertisement inserting position on a screen. If the operator refers to advertisement contents to be inserted and inputs an advertisement name and a selling article kind etc. and clicks a confirmation button, an advertisement classification unit(141) analyzes data in an advertisement registering unit(140) and decides a kind of a selling article and a city/province and automatically classifies a code and stores the code in a database(150). The web server(100) reads an advertisement being linked with the detail contents of the selling article in the database(150) and displays the advertisement on a web browser screen. A search information managing unit(170) calculates and analyzes advertisement clicking numbers, the number of advertisements, and advertisement watching time etc. according to selling article registrants and advertisers, and an amount of money of a fixed rate and a detail statistics detail by referring to the analyzed result.?
