PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate object electronic bulletin board system using a communication network, which can produce the advertisement of a real estate object in a short time without a trouble and can easily be used for display at store.SOLUTION : In the system, an advertisement web server 1 where the real estate object electronic bulletin board 11 where introduction information of the real estate object is inserted as reference information is established on the communication network, is provided. In the advertisement web server 1, an electronic leaflet production accepting page 13 is installed for a real estate supplier such as an estate agent. When advertisement information 10 of a prescribed style, which includes a document and a picture on the real estate object being the object of transaction, is received from the real estate supplier accessed through a communication terminal unit 2, an electronic leaflet 11a converted into the style of a home page is generated. Then, the electronic leaflet 11a is inserted on the real estate object electronic bulletin board 11.
