PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate appraisement assisting system capable of providing highly reliable appraisement service.SOLUTION : The system is provided with a map data base storage part 19 storing a map data base where land price information on plural places and city planning information are associated with a position coordinate on a map, a use area acquiring part 26 acquiring the use area of a place to be appraised from city planning information based on the designation of the place to be appraised on the map, a land price information extracting part 29 extracting land price information which can be compared with the place to be appraised based on the use area obtained in the use area acquiring part and a standard land price calculating part 31 calculating the standard land price of the place to be appraised based on land price information extracted by the land price information extracting part 29.
