PURPOSE : A method and apparatus for forming an association of real estate transaction according to a multiconditional search is provided to form an on-line community by dividing purchasers who want to purchase a high-priced product such as real estate into various types, by forming and maintaining associations.CONSTITUTION : A purchaser connects to a server computer capable of managing combination data through the Internet. The purchaser inputs information in order to become members of associations(201). The purchaser searches an association according to the order of priority of information(205). The purchaser selects the association suitable for the purchaser' s preference(207). A connection authority capable of freely searching a special page of the association is given to the purchaser who becomes the member of the association.
