PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an information exchange system for real estate articles which can fast transmit a large quantity of information about location and buy and sell of the real estate articles and also can omit payment of mediate commissions for the customers such as renters and buyers.SOLUTION : In regard to the lease or buy and sell real estate articles, the information on at least the location of an article, the area of land or the layout and area of every section accordant with the using mode of each floor of a building and the cost needed for executing a contract is stored in a memory as the article information. The contents of the memory can be transmitted via the Internet to the customer who is going to lease or purchase a real estate article. When the customer inputs the application condition information on his desired real estate article to lease or purchase, a computer compares the inputted application condition information with the article information stored in the memory. Then the building information is exchanged in response to a fact that the relevant article information is transmitted to the customer when the adaptive article information is acquired.
