PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem that the allowance of transaction conditions unprofitable for a user is remarkably caused by eccentrically storing information unwanted for the transaction of real estate on the side of the dealer conventionally and not providing sufficient information to the side of the user and much labor and time are required for the user to acquire or to inquire desired information from a wide range since information is manually exchanged between the user and the dealer.SOLUTION : This system has a user terminal 11, dealer terminal 12, procedure, which is connected with these terminals by a network 10, for publishing property information, which is received from the dealer terminal 12, on an advertisement home page 13 provided on the network 10, procedure for reporting the information of this inquiry concerning the property information published on the advertisement home page 13 to the dealer terminal 12 when a the inquiry is received from the user terminal 11, and procedure for reporting an answer to the inquiry to the user terminal 11 when the answer is received from the dealer terminal 12.
