PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new method and a system for managing real estate investment.SOLUTION : Real estate which is divided into use spaces and produces profit varying with the number of actually used spaces is bonded and the profit produced by the real estate is allotted to bond holders. This real estate investment is managed by a computer system. An administrator sends an allotment amount calculation command and then the number of the bonds that a bond holder has is obtained from previously inputted input information or previously stored information; and the used space number rate of the real estate in every specific period is obtained from the previously inputted information or previously stored information and the allotment amount of the bond holder is calculated according to the number of held bonds and the used space number rate and outputted.
