This invention is directed to a system where people have the opportunity to place a bid at an auction, It can be at any type of auction such as real estate auctions, motor vehicle auctions, antique and arts auctions and any others. In this case I am directing it mainly to real estate auctions. The Auctioneer and owner will decide on a reserve price for the item as well as a price higher than the reserve. The Auctioneer will start the auction at the agreed higher price. If he does not have a bid at this price the auctioneer will then proceed with a lower price until the first person makes a bid. The first person that has made the bid will then become the owner of the property or item providing all monies, fees, documents etc. are in place.
