PURPOSE : A real estate sale system and method is provided to enable a member to deposit money at an account of a bank if the member wants to purchase the real estate, and to intermediate a sale of the real estate via a server.CONSTITUTION : The system comprises an operation server(111), a builder terminal(121), a member terminal(131), a bank terminal(141), and a real estate owner terminal(151). The operation server(111) stores and manages informations on the members by making a real time update. The builder terminal(121) enables a builder to offer the informations on the real estate to be constructed or under construction, and receive the member informations from the operation server(111). The member terminal(131) enables the member to search for information on the real estate. The bank terminal(141) enables the bank to transmit informations on the deposit state of an account by a member. The real estate owner terminal(151) offers informations on the real estate to the builder terminal(121) or the operation server(111) and enables the owner to search for the informations stored in the operation server(111). If the member deposits money at an account of the bank corresponding to a price of a real estate, the member can receive total informations or specialized consultation.? KIPO 2002
