PURPOSE : An real estate mediation system is provided with that only authorized realtors can make a mediation between seller who can make a contract with the realtors and buyer who uses email and deposits amount trade price that is transferred to the seller with the authorized realtor' s permission.CONSTITUTION : Real estate-related information is displayed such as registration, search and request when a user connects a web server(20) using Internet(10). When the user chooses member registration and inputs user information, the user information is stored in database in case of an authorized realtor(30). When a sale registration is selected, it is stored in sale database(20b). If search menu is chosen, condition input is requested. When the user input all the conditions, real estates for sale are searched and printed and the user can select a specific real estate. If a buyer(50) requests mediation, location of realtoris displayed. When the mediation contract is concluded, the buyer deposits the amount trade price into a secure bank account. When the bank system(60) and the authorized realtor get the confirmation of deposit of the buyer, escrow service is carried out that web server requests the bank system to transfer the amount trade price to the seller(40).
