PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an on-line real estate retrieval information batch registration system which can register and manage information to be retrieved altogether at multiple rear estate retrieval sites.SOLUTION : This system is equipped with an information registerer terminal, an authenticating means which authenticates an information registerer on a server side when the information registerer accesses it, a real estate information registration means which registers real estate information sent from the information registerer terminal on the server, a real estate information database which stores information on registered real estate on the server, and a real estate information converting means which converts information stored in the real estate information data into data format for retrieval at a real estate information site, is provided with a means which enables real estate information providers related to the server respectively to register information for registering the registered real estate information on the real estate retrieval side where it is retrieved and displayed by the mentioned real estate information registration means and limits the update, alteration, deletion, etc., of previously set specific registered information.
