PURPOSE : A method for selling and trading the real estate is provided for a vendee to reduce the time and cost for buying the real estate and to guarantee the refund from the minimum one percent to the maximum one hundred percent of the sale price.CONSTITUTION : The real estate is sold by the standard of a current price fixed by a construction company or personal provider. After an expected dweller thoroughly inspects the related data, the expected dweller visits a broker and signs a contract. The dweller completes the remainder and a vendor refunds the minimum one percent or the maximum one hundred percent of the sale price to the dweller. The vendor announces the refund percentage to the internet and a handbill. If many expected dwellers apply for buying the real estate, a member is prior and the member who does not buy the real estate in the first sale gains the priority in the next sale.? KIPO 2002
