PURPOSE : An exclusive real estate consultation system using specialized information and a service method thereof are provided to increase a sense of responsibility of a realtor and to offer reliable information to a client by estimating the reliability of the real estate information offered by the realtor.CONSTITUTION : The system includes the realtors(104) managing the information about real estate in a specific area and intermediating the transaction of real estate, a plurality of clients(102) applying for the transaction of real estate, and a real estate consultation server(100) connecting the clients with the realtors via a network and offering real estate information corresponding to the application condition of the clients. The real estate proper to real estate transaction is selected with response to a request of a client. The basic information about the selected real estate is transmitted to the real estate consultation server. The real estate consultation server estimates the real estate based on the basic information. The result of estimation is transmitted to the corresponding client.? KIPO 2002
