The real estate possessing means 1 receives an investment from an investor 5, and purchases and possesses the real estate in response to a command from the managing means 3. The running means 2 performs work for improving profit of the real estate. The managing means 3 selects a purchased object of the real estate possessing means 1. After the holding means 4 and the real estate possessing means 1 are listed, this system exchanges between a stock of the holding means 4 and a stock of the real estate possessing means 1.
