PURPOSE : An apartment community system is provided to enable a dweller to obtain information of one' s apartment development or other apartment development easily by supplying a homepage of an integrated environment and embodying an independent cyber space according to dweller households.CONSTITUTION : An integrated messaging system(18) transmits information being requested in the community server(16) through various medium such as a facsimile, an E-mail, a communication terminal. The community server(16) manages a homepage for forming a community on a web, and the homepage performs a function in accordance with a storyboard fixed by linking with a plurality of web pages. The web pages are stored in a web notice unit(20). Functions set in each page are embodied by a log-check unit(22), a tag service unit(24), a member notice board managing unit(26), a dialogue room(28), an apartment searching unit(30), and a contents managing unit(32). A member data managing unit(40) manages data of a member database(42), a notice board database(44), an address list database(46), a tag database(48), and a dialogue room database(50) necessary for embodying the log-check unit(22), the tag service unit(24), the member notice board managing unit(26), and the dialogue room(28). A contents data managing unit(54) manages data of an official announcement database(56), an apartment development guide database(58), a reporting room database(60), an apartment size information database(62), a school/institute database(64), a public institution database(66), a business section database(68), and a real estate selling article database(70) for embodying a function of the contents managing unit(32).?
