PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an efficient distribution system for real estate which gives convenience to an owner and a user by making real-estate information open on a network and accepting an application.SOLUTION : The real-estate information system comprises a server where real-estate information is stored and users who access the server to use the real-estate information and the server has an item file which containing the real-estate information, a retrieval means which performs retrieval from the item file according to conditions, and an inviting means which recognizes an application from user, and the user when browsing the item file and finds a proper item makes the application on the network.
