PURPOSE : A method for managing an estate and real estate mutual fund using cyber money is provided to enable an investor to conveniently invest to the factual estate by installing a system using the cyber money as an invest means to an estate and real estate mutual fund adopting an online contribution.CONSTITUTION : The system connecting to an investor terminal(10) and a server(30) for an estate and real estate mutual fund through a network(20) includes an investor having the cyber money investing to the estate and real estate mutual fund, the mutual fund server storing the investment information of investor in a database, the mutual fund server making a profit by investing and managing the assert to the estate and real estate, and the mutual fund server paying the profit share to the investor after searching the investment information of the investor stored in the database by using a searching tool.
