PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an efficient real estate selling method by enabling the applicant of real estate purchase to grasp information on a living environment or images on the shared part and dedicated part of a building and to easily acquire information necessary for a purchase plan including loan.SOLUTION : In a real estate job support system provided with a user terminal and a server connected with the user terminal through a telecommunication line, this real estate selling method is provided with a step 10 for specifying the desired property of a user, a step 11 for the server to receive the input data for fund simulation of the user from the user terminal through the telecommunication line, a step 12 to the server to calculate fund simulation result data on the basis of the input data for fund simulation and a step 13 for the server to transmit the fund simulation result data of the user through the telecommunication line to the user terminal.
