When a desired area is selected, real estate items are displayed in the map of the area with marks. In the map, facilities as landmarks are displayed as icons. When one real estate item is selected, detailed information on the real estate item and its peripheral map are displayed. The state of the periphery can be displayed in three dimensions and visually grasped. The user who has found a desired real estate item accesses a real-estate broker terminal device 500 through the user terminal device 100 and can make a provisional contract.
