A realty management center(300) registers the sale information entered by the seller on a web to a DB(350). The realty management center searches the product list for sale according to the option of the buyer through a search server(332) and transfers the search result to the buyer PC through a web server(331). When the buyer selects one of the product lists, the realty management center transfers the related sale information to the buyer PC. When the seller wants to check the personal information of the buyer, the realty management center sends the personal information of the buyer to an e-mail address of the seller.? KIPO 2002
