PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a virtual rear estate deal system allowing a deal of buying and selling of a virtual real estate in a three-dimensional space.SOLUTION : A use right of virtual land displayed in a three-dimensional image is dealt such that the use right can be bought and sold as the virtual real estate, and a holder of the land is allowed to construct a three-dimensional object such as an arbitrary advertising tower or a signboard on the land. That is, the real estate deal of the virtual land realized in the three-dimensional space is executed. If a person wishes to become the owner of the virtual real estate (i.e., the person having the use right), he asks a manager of the three- dimensional space to buy the use right of the land. When a general user browses the three-dimensional space through the Internet after the person having the use right constructs the three-dimensional object in his own area, the three- dimensional space manager exhibits the three-dimensional object too.
