PURPOSE : A realty marketing system and method is provided to make it possible requesting to buy a real estate over the internet, to enable a financial institute, selected as a brokerage agent, to manage the payment for the real estate, and to enable a real estate buyer to do a business over a cyber space before the real estate is constructed so that it can enhance a safety in transacting a real estate.CONSTITUTION : The method comprises steps of a real estate buyer(A) logging in a server of a real estate sale service company(S1), the server offering a menu for allowing the buyer to request information on registered real estates, to fill in a buying request form, and to make a contract with a real estate seller(B) over the internet(S2, S3), the buyer depositing money at a financial institute connected to the server of the real estate sale service company(S4), the financial institute transferring the deposited money to the seller(B) when a proprietary right of the real estate is transferred to the buyer(S5), the seller offering information on the real estate such as images of a virtual model house and various documents(S2), the server implementing a cyber mall over the internet in a case that the real estate is a commercial transaction building(S6), the real estate buyer doing a business over the internet(S7), the buyer moving in the real estate and doing an offline business if the construction of the real estate is finished(S8, S9).?
