PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate exchange system capable of reducing an economical burden accompanying a real estate transaction dealing with the change of residence of an aged person, the change of work place environments, etc., and preventing the occurrence of loss in a property value without being restricted to a specific area in the case of acquiring real estate by the equivalent exchange of real estate or the like in a specific area.SOLUTION : The real estate exchange system for executing an electronic commerce by a server for providing service for real estate exchange by using a user terminal connected to a computer and a network includes an application screen display processing means for urging the user terminal to display an application screen for real estate exchange service, an application registering processing means for registering a service application based on input information on the application picture and an electronic interaction processing means for urging the electronic interaction of real estate exchange by the combination of plural registered users. Consequently complex real property value information is collated, and mutual information fitted to interests are imparted to respective users, so that interested parties having similar sense of value can directly negotiate with each other.
