PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for intermediating between both by connecting a dealer and a user on the basis of a dealer side offering condition and a user side requiring condition not by a property in itself.SOLUTION : An Internet real estate intermediary site intermediates between the dealer and the user on the basis of information on the dealer and the user related to real estate and a house such as buying and rental of the house, repairing and mending of the house, and procurement of household goods. The site is composed of a dealer registering database for registering a name of the dealer related to the real estate and the house, a mail address, and an offerable condition-desired user information, a rental-buying registering database for registering a mail address of the user and user needs, and a history control database for recording a note of the information transmitted to the user by the dealer as a history.
