A new system or method of subdividing and developing real estate consisting of a series of development circles (circles, ellipses, etc.) surrounded by four traffic circles (circles, ellipses, etc.) connected together with alternating one-way streets providing for both traffic and parking that, under the present laws of the United States, proceed clockwise around the development circles and proceed counter-clockwise around the traffic circles.
