PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide real estate dealings intermediation technique which can improve the successful contract rate of real estate dealings by continuously providing real estate item information matching a user' s desire while making correspondence to users efficient.SOLUTION : A real estate dealings intermediation server S1 which is connected through the Internet to a user terminal PC that a user who desires to deal in a real estate can use is equipped with a received mail conversion part 101 which converts mail received from the user to standardized format, a user information management part 111 which standardizes information from the same user among pieces of information converted by the conversion part 101, a user information storage part 121 which stores the information standardized by the management part 111, a user information retrieval part 132 which retrieves information regarding a specific user, and a display device which displays the information retrieved by the retrieval part 132.
