PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate investment trust system for increasing the property value of idle land.SOLUTION : The real estate investment trust system comprises a means for calculating the price of the idle land, a means for dividedly determining the price of the idle land for a prescribed year, a means for paying the installment of the price of the idle land to a landowner each year, a means for paying a prescribed amount of money each month in addition to the payment of the installment, and a means for transferring the landownership from the landowner to an installment payer, when the payment of all installments is completed.
