PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a land information distribution system enabling to easily distribute information on locational condition of real estate, a land information distribution device, a land information distribution method, and a storage medium.SOLUTION : In the land information distribution system, a terminal unit at a retriever side is connected to the land information distribution device through a communication network. The retriever receives by the land information distribution device, the identification information included in the retrieval result retrieved from a mortgage information database owned by the retriever, obtains map information and environmental information corresponding to the received identification information, and distributes the land information composed by adding the environmental information to the map information.
