PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate object information retrieval system by the Internet capable of easily finding real estate object information satisfying a user requirement.SOLUTION : A representative registration agent evaluates real estate object information with various conditions, registers its evaluation information in a database while associating the evaluation information with the real estate object information and publicly releases the evaluation information on its homepage. When the homepage about the real estate is accessed, an image for setting retrieval conditions is displayed on an information terminal device, the user therefore inputs his/her desired conditions in a desired condition input area 11, also sets priorities in a priority setting area 20 and instructs retrieval. A homepage server performs general evaluation of real estate objects in the database on the basis of the priorities of the retrieval conditions to retrieve real estate objects and displays the real estate objects in the order of general evaluation together with total evaluation points on a user terminal device. Thus the user can efficiently search for a real estate object fitting himself/ herself by referring to the total evaluation points.
