PURPOSE : A method and system for supporting a real estate intermediation using the Internet is provided to transmit real estate transaction information in real time and protect personal information by intermediating a real estate client and a licensed real estate agent directly using a real estate intermediation agent program.CONSTITUTION : A user connects to the Internet by executing a web browser installed in one' s client and enters to a real estate intermediation supporting site(S11). If the user selects a real estate requesting menu being displayed on the site and inputs other items such as a requesting classification, a kind of a real estate, a wanted place, a size, an amount of money, a phone number, etc. through a real estate requesting window(S12), a web server outputs an input window for inputting a user name, an E-mail address, and a resident registration number(S13). An application receipt and a requesting result are transmitted through an E-mail, a real estate intermediation agent server analyzes the requesting information and stores the information in an intermediation requesting database(S14). The web server transmits analyzed information to a plurality of licensed real estate agents through the Internet(S15) and a password for the inputted resident registration number and the E-mail address is embodied(S16).?
