A refusal item exception control unit(10) excepts an article for sale in accordance with an existence allowed value from search-objected articles. The article-excepted list is supplied to a control unit(20). The control unit(20) calculates a weight value embodied by the purchasing client preference DB(40c). At this time, a general multiplication is calculated at a simple comparison and a calculation using a medium variable is applied at a composite calculation. A search result information database(50) endows a ranking of information stored in a weight value calculation result DB(30) using a conventional ranking embodying program and supplies the information on a display(70) of the client.?
