PURPOSE : A system for electronically paying and transferring money for the real estate is provided to improve the use of a credit card, to offer convenience, and to secure the transparency in the transaction of the real estates by making users pay the transaction money, rental money and real estate management money on a credit card.CONSTITUTION : A server computer(11) embeds a program for the electronic system for paying and transferring money for the real estate. A buyer or a lessee(12) is a computer connected with the Internet. A person desiring the electronic payment of the real estate money uses the buyer or lessee computer. A financial authority(14) is connected through the Internet to perform on-line payment between the server computer, the buyer, the lessee, a seller, and a lesser(13). A database and a real estate money payment and transfer program are embedded in the server computer. A security system is built for the safe payment of the real estate money by a credit card through the Internet.? KIPO 2003
