PURPOSE : A system for supplying information of a real estate through an on-line and a method thereof are provided to supply a topographical map, a lot number map, right analysis contents on a register book certified copy, investment value analysis contents, location condition analysis contents, etc. with respect to a real estate to be transacted to a user through an on-line.CONSTITUTION : A right analysis database(120) stores contents such as a right analysis, a location condition analysis, a proper price analysis, possessor credit information, an investment value analysis, etc. according to lot numbers of a real estate through an official document such as a register book certified copy, etc. An attribute database(150) stores coordinate information with respect to a topographical map and a lot number map. An electronic map database(130) stores images of a topographical map and a lot number map. A geographic information server(140) reads information stored in the attribute database(150) and the electronic map database(130) with respect to an output request of a topographical map and a lot number map of a web server(110), and transmits information of the request to the web server(110). The web server(110) supplies a topographical map and a lot number map, right analysis contents, location condition analysis contents, proper price analysis contents, possessor credit information, etc. of a real estate in accordance with a user' s request through the right analysis database(120), the attribute database(150), the electronic map database(130), and the geographic information server(140).?
