PURPOSE : A real estate agent business franchise management method is provided to offer data on real estates and franchised agents over an online network according to a user request, and to manage the data on the real estates input by the franchised agents.CONSTITUTION : The method comprises steps of a management server constructing a real estate management database with data on real estates and corresponding franchised agents(S100), the management server approving an access from a terminal of a user, classified into an employee, a franchised agent head and a system manager(S110), the server receiving member data and class data from the user(S200), the server determining whether the accessing user is an employee, an agent head or a system manager(S300), the server transmitting a web page for an employee to the user and enabling the user to intermediate a contract between a real estate seller and a real estate buyer in a case that the user is an employee(S400, S500), the server transmitting a web page for an agent head to the user and offering real estate data according to a request in a case that the user is an agent head(S405, S600), and the server transmitting a web page for a system manager to the user and offering real estate data according to a request in a case that the user is a system manager(S410, S700).?
