Net profit SN belonging to a land, net profit bN belonging to a building, a building cost and its other depreciable property costs HN, a regular classification superficies cost TSN, the rate of reduction r and a propriety rate q are read to calculate PN=(SN+bN)12N/r-(HN-TSN)N/ q.
