PURPOSE : A real estate usage ticket offering method is provided to collect a small amount of an investment from a plurality of members for raising a fund to buy real estate usage tickets, and to draw a lottery among the members for determining a usage ticket winner.CONSTITUTION : The method comprises steps of a member accessing a real estate usage ticket service site and purchasing a lottery ticket for participating in a real estate usage ticket lottery event, the service site issuing an electronic certificate to the member, the service site determining a usage ticket winner among the ticket purchase members, the service site offering the usage ticket to the determined winner, the service site returning the real estate usage ticket back to the service site after using the ticket for a period, the service site selling the real estate usage ticket, and the service site paying back the money, made by selling the usage ticket, to the purchase members.?
