PURPOSE : A system for integrally managing reverse points and a method for managing the same are provided to maximize a benefit of service points by increasing service points collected from a member company by a consumption of a service subscriber through an investment, supplying the points for each service subscriber as reverse points, and making the reverse points be used by integrating with other service subscriber.CONSTITUTION : A service supplying device(10) for controlling a service generally is connected to a member company(20) through a predetermined communication network such as the Internet. The member company(20) is connected to a plurality of service subscribers. The member company(20) is connected to other affiliated member companies such as an oil station, a food service company, and a distribution/shopping company. The member company(20) issues a membership card to a service subscriber in a member joining process and supplies service points to the subscriber with respect to consumption performed therein. The member company(20) pays a point amount of money corresponded to the service points in a transaction bankbook of the service supplying device(10). The service subscriber performs a member joining process by connecting to the member company(20) through a subscriber terminal of a personal computer or directly. The service supplying device(10) performs an investment such as an investment in stocks, an investment for an inauguration of an enterprise, a real estate, etc. using the deposited point amount of money, and supplies service points corresponded to the investment earnings, that is, reverse points for the corresponding subscriber.
