PURPOSE : A system for supplying a reverse loan service and a method thereof are provided to perform an investment using service points being endowed to the service subscriber with respect to a consumption, calculate reverse points according to service subscribers based on investment earnings being created, and supply a loan service of a predetermined limit to the service subscriber using the reverse points as a security.CONSTITUTION : A service supplying device(10) for controlling a service supply generally is connected to a member company(20) and a financial institution(30) through a predetermined communication network such as the Internet. The member company(20) is connected to a plurality of other affiliated member companies such as an oil station, a food service company, and a distribution/shopping company. The member company(20) issues a membership card to a service subscriber in a member joining process and supplies service points to the subscriber with respect to a usage of the membership card of the subscriber. The service supplying device(10) adds service point of the service subscriber being supplied from the member company(20) and creates a predetermined point pool. The service supplying device(10) performs an investment such as an investment in stocks, an investment for an inauguration of an enterprise, a real estate, etc. using the point pool, and performs a control for supplying a loan service to the service subscriber through the financial institution(30) using reverse points corresponded to investment earnings as a security. The service supplying device(10) is cooperated with a predetermined insurance company(40) and joins to insurance with respect to the reverse loan service of the service subscriber.
