PURPOSE : A system for supplying a real estate service using reverse points and a method thereof are provided to maximize a benefit of service points by increasing service points collected from a member company by supplying the points for the service subscriber as reverse points, and supplying a real estate service benefit such as a real estate transaction for the service subscriber using the reverse points.CONSTITUTION : A member company(20) supplies predetermined service points for consumption which was performed by a service subscriber in the member company(20). A service supplying device(10) performs an investment based on a point pool being created by adding service points of each service subscriber being applied from the member company(20), calculates reverse points according to service subscribers based on an investment profit, and supplies service limit information in accordance with the reverse points to a real estate intermediating company(30). The real estate intermediating company(30) supplies a real estate service for the service subscriber for corresponding to a service limit in accordance with the reverse points being applied from the service supplying device(10). The service supplying device(10) is cooperated with an insurance company(40) and secures a business loss with respect to the real estate service being supplied by the reverse points.
