PURPOSE : A method for intermediating realty using a video conference is provided to enable a member to decide an activity promptly and correctly based on the confidence for information by opening a realty web site providing the moving image selling article information on the Internet and using the video conference for the selling article.CONSTITUTION : If the member sets up a searching condition and executes the searching, the selling article satisfying the searching condition is searched from a selling article information database(S130). If the basic moving image information for the selling article is displayed on a screen of the member, the member confirms the information(S140). In case that the detail information is needed(S150), the user confirms the detain information through the videoconference by selecting the selling article register information and inputting the information of the member(S170, S200).?
