PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable a user utilizing a real estate retrieval service for receiving a printed output of retrieval results from his nearest output device.SOLUTION : A Web server 1 provides a real estate retrieval site. Retrieval results are presented, in such a manner that the user accesses the site to retrieve real estate information. In this case, if the user desires to output the retrieval results recorded on a paper medium, the user requests the Web server 1 t input prescribed output instruction data from a terminal device. In a case, the output instruction information includes designation information of a fax number. The Web server 1 generates data for facsimile transmission of designated information and transmits the retrieval results data to a designated fax 5. Thus, the retrieval results can be outputted from the fax 5 that has received the data.
