PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate agent supporting system capable of enriching the home page of a real estate agent in a simple configuration.SOLUTION : This real estate agent supporting system is constituted of management servers 20 connected through a communication network to each other and terminal equipment 40-42 for users. The management server 20 is provided with a property master data storing part 22 for storing the property data of real estate properties, a personal data generating part 24 for extracting and collecting only the property data fulfilling a condition required by each of members from the property master data storing part 22 for each member, and a retrieval page part 28 for retrieving the property personal data extracted corresponding to each member being the origin of link as the target of retrieval in response to a retrieval request from each of those user terminals 40-42 which has accessed through the home page of the member, and for transmitting the retrieved result to the terminal.
