PURPOSE : A method for intermediating the realty using a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) file system is provided to search the realty for sale, to check a real estate register showing a right relation of the realty and to enable a user to directly make a contract with the user registering the realty for sale.CONSTITUTION : If the user applies the membership registration to the system(1), the system stores the member information in a database(2). If the registered member performs the file sharing setting(4), the member shares and downloads the file(5), and exchanges the file through a messenger and an e-mail between members. A membership registration procedure of a general member is different from the membership registration procedure of an authorized realty broker. The general member registers for the system through a free membership registration and the authorized realty broker registers for the site through a charged membership registration.? KIPO 2003
