PURPOSE : A method for operating a real estate agent using a subway station is provided to directly offer the general realty service and to enable a user to pay a service charge and make a reservation through the Internet or the mobile communication by freely selecting and receiving the realty information and a dealing or rental service.CONSTITUTION : In order to use a characteristic of a subway, the real estate agent for dealing the realty is installed to the subway station. A network is configured by sharing the dealing realty information with other neighboring real estate agents. A database stores the realty information, the information obtained from an intranet, a web site and the mobile communication, the visiting reservation and the information relating to the EC(Electric Commerce) and the service charge payment.?
