PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method and a system for mediation by which a provider and a user having various kinds of requests can be speedily and exactly linked. SOLUTION : The mediation method for mediating the provider to provide movable property and real estate and the user desiring the effective business utilization of the movable property and real estate provided from the provider by utilizing a communication means, has a step for disclosing and providing the movable property and the real estate while dividing them into parts and a step for mutually linking the provider and the user on the basis of the respective requests with these parts as media. Thus, even when various kinds of needs exist, regardless of kinds of these needs, both parties can be exactly linked.
