PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize a system which can deliver information timely and to potential users of real estate as well while being able to store very fresh item information in a database.SOLUTION : The system consisting of a center server 12, local servers 14 of real estate agents and personal computers 22 of users is provided with following means, a means which stores in an item database 44 the latest information on real estate items from the local servers 14 received by the center server 12, a means which extracts item information in the item database applicable to the retrieving demand from the personal computer 22 and transmits the result to the personal computer 22 of the user, a means which stores in a reservation user database 46 the transmitted personal information corresponding to the inquiry demand of a specific item from the personal computer 22, and a means which automatically generates electronic mails describing the personal information and real estate item specified by the user and transmits them to the electronic mail addresses of the real estate agents.
