PURPOSE : A unified asset management and investment simulation method is provided to make a user input asset data and personal data on himself or herself and family, to analyze the input data, and to construct a systematic and efficient investment portfolio.CONSTITUTION : The method comprises several steps. A client inputs basic data such as data on a family, a life design, a housing plan, a basic life fund or an education and marriage fund for children, and asset data such as a main income, money on deposit, stocks, installment savings, a real estate, a debt and money management specifications(S10). Lists of the basic data and the asset data are arranged based on the input data(S20). An investment simulation is performed for selecting an investment target by using the arranged lists(S30).
