PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the convenience of a user by executing the change procedure of inherent information corresponding to each organ concerned of a user in a batch.SOLUTION : A concerned organ system 11 of an organ concerned 10 such as an electric power company, gas company, water company, country, self- governing body, financial institute, and telephone company, a service company system 21 of a service company 20, and a real estate/distribution company system 31 of a real estate/distribution company 30 are connected through an information network 50. Then, the information of the present address, moving destination address, and concerned organ name or the like accompanied with the moving of a user 40 is collected from the real estate/distribution company 30 by the service company system 21, and edited in a prescribed format reaching an agreement with the organ concerned 10, and transmitted as an electronic mail to the concerned organ system 11. The concerned organ system 11 automatically updates a customer data base in its own company, and the service company 20 executes the canceling or new application of the organ concerned 10 prior and posterior to the moving of the user 40 in a batch instead of the user.
